Contact form processing
Our website contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a form-relay service that delivers your message to our business email. Web3Forms does not retain your message beyond delivery. By submitting the form you accept this routing. If you prefer, you can simply call or message us directly.
Site embeds
Our service-area section embeds Google Maps so you can see our coverage. When that map loads, Google may set its own cookies. This is governed by Google's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Inquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up where we left off if you come back to us. Invoices and service records are kept for at least 7 years to satisfy Canadian tax record-keeping requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to send you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it (subject to our legal record-keeping obligations). Email ibram@isaactechsolutions.ca or call (647) 510-0665 and we'll handle it within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and we store customer records on access-controlled cloud services. We use the minimum information needed and review access regularly. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep risk low.

We may update this policy as our business changes. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
